This piece is a stand alone. Belle Pièce are unique, standalone creations crafted by the most veteran and skillful artisans at Laguiole en Aubrac. Each one is a singular work where tradition meets innovation — a timeless piece of functional art.

Every curve and line is shaped with meticulous attention to detail, producing true gems of craftsmanship. Handle materials are hand-selected for their natural beauty and durability, ensuring each knife is both a working tool and an heirloom destined to be passed down for generations.

The Bee

This bee is built on symmetry: matching diamond-faceted panels flank a central ribbed strip, mirrored precisely on both sides. The crown is finished in a dense, fine round-dot pebbling — a different texture again from the waffle-grid tip seen elsewhere in the collection, giving this bee a more formal, balanced presence than its dual-texture sibling.

A Line Cut by Hand

The spine carries the same hand-engraved silver leaf-scroll pattern flanked by thin brass pinstripes as the collection's other ebony piece — a consistent signature running the full length of the handle.

A Handle Like No Other

This piece is fitted with an Ebony handle, deep black and densely grained, scattered with small brass pins of varying size across its surface.
