The bee — the iconic emblem of Laguiole cutlery — is solid and richly sculpted, with refined motifs running from the head of the knife down to the spring, which is itself delicately engraved.

This striking tinted Elder wood burl, a rare wood with natural patterns enhanced by deep, red hues and dark brown blackened tones
