The bee — the iconic emblem of Laguiole cutlery — is solid and richly sculpted, with refined motifs running from the head of the knife down to the spring, which is itself delicately engraved.

Handle

Ebony wood. It captivates with its dark and intense color along with a beautiful grain. Ebony is also a dense and heavy wood appreciated for its durability.
