Every curve and line is shaped with meticulous attention to detail, producing true gems of craftsmanship. Handle materials are hand-selected for their natural beauty and durability, ensuring each knife is both a working tool and an heirloom destined to be passed down for generations.

The Bee

This bee is set directly onto the wood rather than a separate bolster cap — a thin liner is all that sits between it and the blade, so it reads less like an applied emblem and more like something grown from the handle itself. Its most distinctive feature is an eight-pointed compass star set into an octagonal head, paired with one smooth curved wing and a cross-hatched, striped abdomen — a combination of motifs that doesn't quite match the floral, Gothic, or minimalist treatments seen elsewhere in the collection

A Line Cut by Hand

The spine carries a continuous flowing scroll, its curves rounded and wave-like rather than angular — closer to a ribbon in motion than a geometric lattice. Cut in the same black-and-silver contrast as the bee, it gives the piece a softer, more continuous line running its full length.

A Handle Like No Other

This piece is fitted with a natural poplar burl handle — a warm, honey-gold wood taken from the root growth of the poplar tree, prized for the small, dark burl eyes scattered through its grain.
