Shipping policy
Every order ships from our warehouse in Fort Myers, Florida. We are the authorized USA distributor of Laguiole en Aubrac, so everything we list as in stock is already in the US and ready to ship.
Shipping within the United States
- Free standard shipping on orders of $79.95 or more. Orders under $79.95 ship at the standard rate shown at checkout.
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. The rate is calculated by the carrier based on weight and destination. Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. Expedited shipping is not free, whatever the order value.
Processing and delivery times
- In-stock orders placed on a business day usually ship the same day.
- Standard delivery typically takes about 4 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping charges, including expedited charges, are not refundable when a delay is caused by weather or other events outside our control.
Stock
Our stock is usually very accurate, but an item can occasionally sell out between the time you browse and the time you order. If that happens, we will let you know by email.
International orders
We ship internationally with DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout. Orders shipping outside the US may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We cannot change an address once a package is in transit.
