Each knife is made from start to finish by a single cutler in the Aubrac region of France, with a 12C27 Sandvik stainless blade, a bee forged in one piece with the spring and the LOG stamp on the blade. Sold by the authorized US dealer with a certificate of authenticity and a limited lifetime warranty.

Which size should I choose?

The 4.75 in (12 cm) is the traditional Laguiole size. The 3.5 in (9 cm) slips into any pocket, and the 4.3 in (11 cm) sits in between.

What steel are the blades made of?

12C27 Sandvik stainless steel: strong, corrosion-resistant and easy to resharpen at home.
