Every curve and line is shaped with meticulous attention to detail, producing true gems of craftsmanship. Handle materials are hand-selected for their natural beauty and durability, ensuring each knife is both a working tool and an heirloom destined to be passed down for generations.

The Bee

This bee carries a bold Art Deco: sharp triangular facets radiate outward in perfect symmetry from a central point, finely ribbed, capped by pointed tips at the crown. Set directly at the pivot, the geometry reads as architectural as it does entomological — more spire than insect.

A Line Cut by Hand

The spine carries a single straight steel inlay, its edges cut in a fine, continuous wavy scallop rather than a geometric lattice or chain. A dark recessed channel runs alongside it, giving the line quiet contrast without competing with the bee's sharper geometry above.

A Handle Like No Other

This piece is fitted with a Horse Chestnut burl handle, richly figured in warm honey-gold and caramel tones, with small dark burl eyes and knots scattered throughout the grain — a lighter, warmer palette than the wine and violet burls elsewhere in the collection. Horse Chestnut burl is prized for this kind of dense, swirling figure, distinct from the more common sweet chestnut most people picture by the same name.
