Beautiful

Exquisite! I did not know that horn could be so beautiful. The handles are slightly wider than the classic Laguioles with bolsters on both ends. This version is more functional - I actually chop with them while I cook. Although they are works of art, I don't put these away for special occasions. I find great pleasure in using them every day.
