Simply The Most Beautiful Knife I've Ever Owned.

I looked at a lot of Laguiole folders before I picked this one. Mose are simply works of art with remarkable scrollwork in the metal. But they are not all equal. On some the engraving is blocky or lacks coherent pattern, on others the design is well integrated and flows smoothly along the spine and blade of the knife. This particular knife has elegant design and flawless workmanship. It is beautiful, every time I look at it.
